Stop Negativity – The 10 Day Challenge With Anthony Robbins

This challenge is taken from Anthony’s book “Awaken the Giant Within” as it is such a tomb 539 pages I have selected parts to review. I, like millions of others am a great fan of Anthony Robbins. I will tell you about the challenge, but there are also many other benefits from reading the book; It is a practical work-book.

Basically these are the rules of the challenge:

No dwelling on negative thoughts for 10 consecutive days.

When a negative thought appears, immediately replace it with a positive one.

Change the negative state. (For ways to do this, refer to the book)

for the next 10 days focus on solutions to your problems, not the problems.

If you allow yourself to indulge in a negative thought and don’t quickly replace it you must start again for another 10 consecutive days.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people discover this marvelous control over their voice and their words when they learn how to use their chest cavity as their primary sounding board. At a recent workshop, Monica was delighted with the results, remarking that, “It is as if I’m controlling my speech and in command of my words.”
